What is Code for Good?

Code for Good is a 24-hour hackathon organized by JP Morgan Chase & Co. where you collaborate with different people to solve problems using tech. A unique thing about this hackathon is that problem statements are given by Social Good Organizations so you get to directly impact their work with the solutions you provide.

Who are the participants?

Second and third-year Undergrads from circuital branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, etc.

Why you should definitely participate?

Not only is it a great learning experience, the prizes and opportunities it offers you are incredible. The winners of the hackathon get lucrative prizes like iPad, goodies, etc. But that’s not all.

The participants that perform well are awarded software development Internships and Full Time offers at JP Morgan! So it’s a great chance for you to get into one of the top FinTech companies in the world.

What’s the procedure?

Multiple screening rounds include:

  1. Coding test based on data structures and algorithms.
  2. Virtual interview on HireVue platform.
  3. Resume-based screening.

After you pass through every round, you’ll be finally selected for the hackathon.
