Nir — Excellent points. And, you are absolutely right about learner’s resistance to learning new things. Successful companies take a step back and approach training from a change management perspective by linking old and new ideas, in their training communication, delivery, and follow-up. This allows learners to hold on to something they know and carefully shift into or consider shifting into something that is relatively unknown/untested. Thanks for the article.
