Wellness is actually quite simple….
WHO defines health as an optimum state of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
So first be gentle with yourself.. don’t bullshit yourself or anyone else. Don’t play mind games with your partner. Be authentic….
Desiderata: Says do not compare your self with others … or you may become vain and bitter…. It is your fuk**n life. Live it like you want… But harden up and take the consequences of your choices…. don’t go crying to your Mum, if things don’t work out.
