The Constitutional Convention establishes the first 10 principles of American Liberty

We the people of these United States, in order to preserve our perfect union, re-establish Justice, return domestic Tranquility, ensure the common defense, maintain the general welfare, and return the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Prosperity do ordain and establish these modern rights of free Americans.

These ten declarations shall serve as a modern addendum to the first set of ten principles of Liberty established by the Bill of Rights.

The 10 Undeniable Principles of Modern Liberty:

1. Anyone who wishes to enjoy the fruits of American Liberty must enter the nation legally and remain in good standing.

2. All nations have a right to enforce and defend their borders. Without borders there are no nations and without nations there is chaos.

3. Any entity or person that claims or attempts to dilute or remove unique characteristics of our nations or its history is a criminal enterprise.

4. No one person’s rights shall ever supersede another’s. All people shall be measured on their individual merits. Being a minority in race, religion, or sexual orientation does not afford you more rights or “equality” than others.

5. Media that intentionally lies to the citizenry is engaged in propaganda. This is not the protected free speech of journalism. The people shall ensure propagandists never thrive.

6. Non-elected federal officials have no right to usurp the will of the people. To obstruct, destroy, or evade the word of the citizenry is treason.

7. Under no circumstance will the federal government require or demand the people to purchase any good or service wherein the government or its interests profit from that transaction.

8. No United States military service member may engage in offensive action on foreign soil without the expressed permission of the people. Congress, the voice of the people, must approve any military action on foreign soil before the commander in chief may act.

9. Unelected officials shall not manipulate or intervene in US financial markets or monetary policy. The people shall not be ruled with no representation by economic manipulation.

10. All laws will be enforced for all people equally. No person is above the rule of law. If in the course of events it becomes clear a bureaucrat or elected official has received special treatment the people reserve the right to remove that individual from power.

These core values are not Conservative or Liberal. They are not the platform of any ruling party. They are not red or blue nor are they right or left. These 10 principles, along with the original Bill of Rights, should serve as the guidelines for governance of a free American people.

This document should serve as the platform for a new free America.

We The People rule this nation. All those who attempt to rule over us shall be subject to the best fight Liberty’s sons can offer.
