Again, his first amendment right is intact, he can freely talk about these opinions in public. He should be protected from the government. But Google is not a government, it is a private entity. People have been fired for less. There is no evidence that Google or any other company has suffered performance losses by hiring women or other minorities. Even then, only ~20% of Google’s tech force is women.

Yet, it’s the voice of a member of the most dominant group at Google that feels threatened.
