Market Tale

Market Tale is a game in development that revolves around the ideology and community of the MC-Market. The MC-Market is an online marketplace and community for the popular video game, Minecraft.

In the game, the well-known user avsterbone (since banned, user is subject to change) and his companion Doge on a journey to defeat the villain BeBosny. During the journey, he meets up with a shopkeep named Mick caring for the sickened Verringer.

All of the users mentioned above are actual users within the forum. The game features multiple characters and references to actual users within the community, which a select few are featured below:

The game is being developed by only myself using the Unity engine. Official development on Market Tale begun on July 16th. You can view the forum thread on MC-Market here and all future updates will be posted here on Medium. Market Tale is planned to be released in late August or in the month of September for free for all MC-Market users.

Although I am dedicated to this project, I am only one person and have, and plan to continue to do so, done all work on this project in my free time and don’t wish for this project to obstruct my education.
