Work ethic can be scarce at times. And as much as I know the majority of millenials do not feel “entitled”, I’ve encountered a handful that think the world revolves around them. In trying to be as objective as I can, Stephanie still 1000% spot on.
Once again, spot on. Help isn’t handouts; help is providing support mechanisms that legitimately help those people become independent. However, independence is an individual responsibility.
This is the underlying problem with the majority of millennials. It can be fixed, but only with a long coaching process, and personal experiences, like this one. Sometimes people have to suffer in order to realize that they picked the wrong path.
