How to set Polygon as the MainNet in your digital wallet

First things first guys, Do you have a digital wallet? If not, Here’s how to set up your MetaMask

For the people who already have a digital wallet, to play with PBEX you will need to switch to POLYGON as the main net. This blog lists the steps you need to follow to set Polygon as your MainNet.

Steps for MetaMask

To select Polygon as the main net in the Metamask extension, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Open the MetaMask extension in your browser and click on the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Head to settings
3. Click on “Networks”
4. Click on the “Custom RPC” button
5. In the “New RPC URL” field, enter the Polygon Mainnet URL “https://api.polygon.io/v1/eth"
6. Enter a name for the network, for example, “Polygon Mainnet”
7. Click on “Save”

Or

1. Go to Chainlist
2. Search for Polygon
3. Click here and then confirm the same from your MetaMask

Polygon has been added to your Metamask now!

Steps for Trust Wallet

Here’s How to select Polygon as the main net in Trustwallet:

1. Open the Trust wallet and tap on the three dots in the top right corner
2. Tap on “Settings”
3. Tap on “Networks”
4. Tap on the “+” button to add a new network
5. In the “Name” field, enter the name of the network, for example, “Polygon Mainnet”
6. In the “New RPC URL” field, enter the Polygon Mainnet URL “https://api.polygon.io/v1/eth"
7. Tap on “Save”
8. The network will now appear in the list of networks in Trustwallet. You can now switch to the Polygon Mainnet by tapping on it.

Polygon has been added to your Trust Wallet now!
