Today, an extraordinary revelation has unfolded within me. It is a profound realization that we are undeniably intertwined with the divine essence of God. Several months ago, I stumbled upon this truth, but now I find myself forging an unbreakable bond with the eternal truth of God. It is a connection so sacred and vital that I cannot help but honor it with every fiber of my being .How can I truly honor this divine bond? Do I hold the deepest respect for it? Do I treasure it with every fiber of my being? Or am I merely drifting back to God occasionally, seeking His assistance only when I am in need?
I reflect on whether I am truly showing respect for it, valuing it, and embodying it in my actions. Or have I simply been seeking God’s assistance on an as-needed basis, taking advantage of His kindness to provide whenever I make a request? Is my relationship with God only based on these occasional needs, or do I also remember Him during other times? Do I appreciate Him for all the blessings, opportunities, and above all, the gift of life He has bestowed upon me? Am I actively involving Him in my daily existence, or do I only turn to Him when I face insecurities, problems, or worries?
God, with His infinite kindness, never fails to provide when I make my demands. But is this the extent of my relationship with the Almighty? What about the moments in between? Do I even acknowledge His presence for the countless blessings He has bestowed upon me? Have I forgotten to recognize the path He has guided me along and, most importantly, the precious gift of life He has granted me? Amidst the chaos and demands of my everyday existence, do I genuinely invite Him into my daily affairs or do I only seek solace in Him when insecurities, problems, and worries plague my heart? The magnitude of my connection with God surpasses mere convenience. It surpasses fleeting moments of desperation. It is a bond meant to be cultivated and nurtured, integrated fully into every aspect of my life.
The question that lingers in my mind is, am I truly honoring and valuing this sacred connection? Do I sincerely appreciate and cherish it as it deserves? Am I embodying the essence of a higher power in my thoughts, actions, and interactions? Or am I simply seeking comfort in that divine presence only when I am in need, and then withdrawing once I have received abundant blessings? The benevolent nature of a higher power always provides when I humbly ask. However, is my relationship with this power limited solely to moments of desperation? What about the numerous other moments in my life? Do I consistently acknowledge and express gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon me? Do I recognize the guiding influence in every twist and turn, in every success and hardship?
Oh, the boundless compassion of our Creator, who in His infinite benevolence always answers my earnest pleas. But dare I confine my relationship with Him solely to these desperate moments? What about the countless other instances, the countless breaths I’ve taken? Do I constantly have the awareness to acknowledge and bless His name for the myriad blessings He has generously bestowed upon me? Do I possess the knowledge to perceive His divine guidance in every twist and turn, in both triumph and tribulation, shaping my path with an invisible hand of love and wisdom?
I must reflect deeply on these questions, as my spiritual connection deserves more than sporadic visits when I feel overwhelmed by my own shortcomings. God’s love, guidance, and grace should influence every facet of my life, shaping my thoughts, actions, and every step I take on my journey. Let me not trivialize this sacred bond, using it solely as a means to cope with my fears and challenges. Instead, may I fully embrace God’s divine presence and honor His eternal truth with an unwavering dedication that extends to every part of who I am.
The appropriate relationship with God entails remembering Him at all times, honoring Him, valuing Him, and respecting Him for the blessings He has bestowed upon us. It also involves appreciating our own existence, surrendering ourselves to Him with love and faith, and trusting that He always takes care of us. By extending our joy, we contribute to the growth and influence of God’s kingdom.
This is not just any ordinary relationship we possess with the Almighty. No, my friend, it goes beyond that.
