KRT(TerraKRW) is now available on Divine Protocol

October 23nd, 2019 — Divine Protocol recently completed the integration of Terra Mainnet and finally supports Terra-based token ‘KRT(TerraKRW)’.
This is the first case of KRW-pegged stablecoin adoption within the DeFi ecosystem. As a result, with the addition of KRT(TerraKRW) to current BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT(ERC-20 based) and DAI, Divine Protocol supports six coins including three stablecoins. Divine protocol plans to support additional cryptocurrencies in the future.
The Terra mainnet has numerous stablecoins ‘Terra’ which varies according to demand and ‘Luna’ which is the native token that powers Terra’s DPoS blockchain. KRT(TerraKRW), one of the various stablecoins based on the Terra Mainnet, is a stablecoin pegged to Korean Won(KRW) and 1 KRT is designed to be worth 1 KRW.
We expect the current addition to provide people with more options to use DeFi services since most services were skewed to USD-pegged stablecoins.
