The app will then ask you to choose your contacts. Just like with ordinary WhatsApp groups, you may choose up to 256 contacts. As soon as you’re finished, click the check mark in the bottom right corner of the WhatsApp Business app, and a broadcast group will be created. There is only one significant difference between this and a WhatsApp group.

How to use whatsapp broadcast?You may build up broadcasts using labels instead of manually choosing 256 contacts, which is a tedious procedure and rife with error. You have the choice to add or remove labels from a contact within a chat. After labeling every contact, go back to every chat and choose labels from the action menu.
