Thanks for your response. I will do my best to improve my wording.

“The system traps minds…” — -this sentence fragment caught my eye.

How is this system created? Is today’s system really that much different from systems that existed before our present system? Isn’t a system first an idea imagined by a leader and then taught to the masses? A new, charismatic leader comes along and suddenly, we repeat a new version of a past historical event — isn’t this how systems come into being?

I claim the existing system can be used to bring about the desired change, but only if people choose to embrace a new organizational approach.

I believe I am right. We won’t know until we try.
