A step-by-step guide on how to complete Djinxi’s KYC/AML process

Completing the KYC/AML process is necessary in order to use our platform and all of its features (permitted by your jurisdiction).

Djinxi’s platform differentiates itself by offering unmatched security, service, and superior tech. In order to take advantage of the full range of benefits, you will need to complete the Know Your Customer / Anti-Money Laundering application first.

If you haven’t already, you will need to create a account.

After you’ve completed the Registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the confirmation email to verify your account. (From time to time, it may happen that our email ends up in your spam box. To prevent this you can whitelist our email address)

Next, log in to your account and find the “Verify Identity” button on your user profile page.

Clicking on that button (Step 2) will open the form where you can enter your KYC information. To start the process click “Start KYC/AML Verification”.

You have to agree with all our conditions, to do this you have to check all selection boxes and click the “Submit” button.

NOTE: Double-check all information entered in the KYC fields below. If you make an error or spell something incorrectly it will delay your application review. In order to pass the KYC, the address on the ID you provide must match the information you enter below.

Fields marked with a “*” are required. After you have filled in all fields, you can click on the “Submit” button.

NOTE: Addresses from Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, Bittrex, Bitfinex or other exchange are NOT ERC-20 compatible. We are not responsible for non ERC-20 compatible addresses.

There are 2 ID types: Passport, or a Government Issued Photo ID

If you have a Government Issued Photo ID, click on “Upload your identity card”. And if you have a passport, click on “Upload your passport”

For example, we have clicked on “Upload your passport”.

Click on “Browse” to upload a photo. Please note that the photo can not be larger than 1 Mb

Please be sure to take a clear photo of your ID document. Unclear photos will also result in a delayed review of your application. We suggest taking a picture with PhotoScan by Google Photos or Office Lens by Microsoft as these applications are better suited to produce clear results when capturing documents.

Below is a list of some common issues users experience when submitting their information/documents for KYC that will delay the processing of your application. Please review the list and make sure you have done everything correctly.

  1. Name doesn’t match ID that was provided
     2. Birth date doesn’t match ID that was provided
     3. Country doesn’t match ID that was provided
     4. ID image is too small
     5. ID image is unclear 
     6. No ID image was provided
     7. ID image is missing name, DOB, or resident country
     8. ID is expired

After you have uploaded the requested photos you can click the “Submit” button.

Now you will have to upload a photo that shows that you are residing at the address you provided. After you have uploaded the requested photo you can click the “Submit” button.

Accepted documents:

  • Household utility bill (Eg: gas, electric, water or fixed line telephone but not a mobile phone bill). It must be no more than three months old and show your name and current address.
  • Bank, building society or credit card statement. It must be no more than three months old and show your name and current address.
  • Local authority tax bill (e.g. council tax) valid for the current year.
  • Original mortgage statement from a recognised lender issued for the last full year.
  • Original notification letter from the relevant benefits agency confirming the right to benefits or state pension.

After submitting the required information, you will see “Thank you for completing our KYC verification process. Within 24 hours an administrator will handle your data”. At this point you have finished the KYC application and we will notify you of the results as soon as it has been processed.
