The official word is indeed “Daily Scrum”. However, the exact wording won’t help you if you are stuck in a situation like the one you wrote about.
The only important point to take away is: That’s not Scrum! You could actually make a competition about how many mistakes one could spot in the setup you described. And the basic one of course is (Captain Obvious greeting): If you treat people like this, however you call it, it’s terrible.
I would call it “Cargo Cult Scrum” because people are insisting on some rituals and words they do not really understand, while they are not living what is really meant to happen. I am only surprised by your “-200%” estimation because I find it too optimistic.
