JCPenney Customer Service

Done Right.


My wife and I went shopping at JCPenney today.

Being bored, as most men are when waiting for a woman to pick out clothes, I checked into JCPenney on Foursquare. I tagged my wife as usual, added a photo, and shared it out to Twitter and Facebook.

A few minutes later we found ourselves finally standing in the checkout line. Once again bored, I looked down at my phone and noticed that JCPenney had replied to my tweet.

JCPenney’s Reply, 3 minutes later

So I repleid…

My reply, almost 10 minutes later

Very quickly they replied back:

All I can say is, JCPenney is on top of their game. This is how a company is supposed to be using social media, check-ins, and handle customer service.
