My hands are frozen.

Still. After being in the office more more than a half hour (at this point it’s been probably an hour and they’re still frozen).

Typing is way too difficult. But I have to do this daily thing.

Maybe typing will wake up and warm up my hands.

Are you ever afraid to do something because there are people around?

I was this morning on my walk to the office.

The sun was lighting up the streets and buildings perfectly.

I had to take a picture.

But there were so many people around.

I didn’t want to stand in the middle of the street and look like an idiot. I kept walking.

Then I realized that I really wanted the picture.

So I said screw it, turned around, and walked the two blocks back to the street I liked.

I stood in the middle of the road, looked like an idiot, and just took the picture.

And you know what? Nothing bad happened.

I survived. I shouldn’t have cared what anyone else thought of me.

From now on I’m going to try to do that more and take more pictures.

I’m not going to be careless, but I’m going to care less.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
