On an average basis, employees spend around 9- 10hrs every day at workplace. Because of this organizations are adopting employee benefits schemes to reward employees for their hard work, efforts and time they are putting in to make the team efficient and profitable. Loyalty: Employees who are engaged with your business will be able to promote and sell your brand, far better than someone who does not. Rewarding hard work creates a sense of loyalty and helps your team to share an emotional bond with your organisation.

Job satisfaction: Recognizing an employee’s efforts makes them feel that the job they’re doing is valuable to the business. It communicates that their hard work is worth rewarding and therefore must be substantial. Which, in turn, makes the individual feel that they are making a difference.
