This topic actually crossed my mind last night. It’s risky but I’ll say it…it seems when the word diversity is said now it’s only implied as “frictionless diversity” as in “white women”, “white LGBTQ”, and other trends in pipeline that lean towards putting the most assimilated to the traditional structure in the front. Thus everything outside of that loses traction and slides to the back. You’re right. They don’t deserve you.

Being progressive isn’t meant to be sustainable. It’s meant to be radical. So I got your back. I have seen your grind/efforts and honestly admire it all. I salute you and this is just the start.
