What Is Up! I’m Daren (DLake) Lake. I create stuff (audio, video, written, courses, etc.) about running/endurance sports. All to show smart people how to perform 1% better as throughout life. I’m also A 10-Hour Ironman finishing Triathlete, 2-Hour 59-Min Marathon Running, Cyclist, and Fitness/Health Advisor to Strava and other individual people.

Through my discovery process of research and self-experiments, I document how I crack the code to getting healthy, staying fit, and using data to create habits that last a lifetime.
