By saying habit, we have in mind habitually practiced thought- belief. The content what we think usually depends on our inner beliefs, which includes also habit to reacting to negativity in our lives. We more accustomed to pay attention to what is wrong in our environment and label things as being wrong than the opposite. And like to correctly said, it’s like a wide spread disease. We have pleasure participating in mutual moaning and complaining, like doing that we would feel better about own life. Practicing self-awareness, offering our selves different, more positive thoughts, we cam indeed transform our habits to complain.
