I own a resaturant that makes a significant amount of broth from which I clean the carcass meat and feed it to my Shar Pei. She maintains a healthy coat and does not manifest the problems often experienced by the breed. Backs and necks are cheap and the soft boans filled with marrow crush and dissolve readily. Even if I didn’t own a restaurant I think I would continue with this practice.
