Is anyone bothering to ask what these regulations are? China has no health and safety standards, that’s how they killed our pets, built a factory or more that needs a suicide net, and can’t see through their own air. Maybe I want Uber subject to the same regulations that taxis are restricted to as a customer. So my best friend told me Uber keeps letting her brother drive for them after multiple crashes. He had to participate in some program where you rent a car to drive for Uber, which was foolish since he didn’t earn enough to pay for the rental. Which he also crashed.
The FDA was blamed for that EPI pen disaster, but the real culprit was U.S. Patent law which tied the government’s hands. The plungers that inject the medication are the only thing keeping other companies from distribution of the drug. The drug is cheap and widely available. What are the odds conservatives will let patent law change?
I think the American people deserve a list of the specific regulations, ALL of them, that are tying the hands of business. Because it is our health and safety that suffers when excited bottom-liners take over.
