As an IAPWE editor, I have has a very pleasant experience working for them. It starts with finding an open position on their freelancer portal, reading through the client’s requirements, doing the work, and submitting the edited content. It is that easy. When first getting started, I was able to email to ask for help and the responses were very timely and efficient. The only area of concern is on the freelancer portal that IAPWE uses as a means of payment. I looked into other jobs on the site and there are a lot of scams. Otherwise, I have no complaints with IAPWE.
Be aware though, to find the open jobs, you have to use a computer. I tried to open it on my phone to look for open jobs and was unable to see them because it does not load properly. You can also only submit one task at a time and wait for approval before submitting other tasks. This can be a little time consuming and slow if you are a work-a-holic like me.
Good luck! If you have other questions, please message me!
