Is it really too hard to update the group of people who took a leap of faith and pre-ordered your product? This lack of communication shows an incredible disregard for the consumer from whom you will need all of the goodwill you can get — even if your product is far superior to anything out there. Having a great product and a shitty company, means that your product will have to be superior and never break. Once something doesn’t work and you have poor support, word of mouth will kill your product and your company. And all of that superior product will sit on the shelf collecting dust. Just a suggestion. Very, very close to canceling my pre-order.
