Not quite. The way we see , the photons on the rods and cones, elicit same response since you and me have same rods and cones, the other half (brain) is what we know what it represents, what we touched or heard from others (moon etc) are also the same, we have same receptors in our fingers and same ears. So no not quite subjective, unless you mean perceived by subject, but that’s not the definition. When any subjective individual, and photo, and videos record the same thing, it’s called objective. In the absence of you the tree will still be there for me to observe.
Solipsism, have a lot of good critique in philosophy and is not even discussed in science.
