Not smart recruiters (90% of them) often do mistakes you mentioned. But not all recruiters are the same. Also I would say that 90% of developers are often too arrogant and prone to megalomania. So as always the 90% of everything is crap (Sturgeon’s law). The rest 10% of both will find each other.
