Kiran is the founder of Biocon, which is an Indian biopharmaceutical company. Biocon was started by Kiran out of her own garage before it became the globally competitive business it now is. When 2004 rolled around, Biocon forever became known in Indian history as the second Indian company that reached a billion dollars on its first day in trading.

Beyoncé
This woman can be traced back to the mid ‘90s as part of the then popular musical group, Destiny’s Child. Beyonce branched off from the group to do her own thing and became a huge top selling female music artist. She then decided to open up her own line of fashion for all of her fans and with great success. Beyonce was named number one on Forbes’ top celebrity list just in 2014.

Even if we speak on a global scale, Oprah Winfrey is a very common household name. This woman has established quite the following, inspiring women of all ages all around the world. Oprah has her own television network, OWN, where she airs much of her inspirational media. In addition, Oprah also educates women worldwide in her organization, Leadership Academy for Girls. In addition, Oprah has had her own part in movies.

Ms. Blakely is the inventor of the ever popular Spanx undergarment products for men and women all around the world. Sara had only five thousand dollars to her name when she decided to create this company. With her perseverance and determination, she is proud to look at the 250 million dollar revenue her company brings in annually!

Leslie Blodgett
Leslie is the CEO of Bare Escentuals. Bare Escentuals is a mineral based makeup company that was not doing too well about a decade ago in 1994 until Ms. Blodgett intervened. Through expert marketing skills via QVC, Leslie designed a new marketing campaign for the company on her own. By 2006, Bare Escentuals was officially taken over entirely by Leslie.
