I just wanted to let you know that over the past several days, I’ve been posting patches to address several of the show-stopper issues that have been identified by us, other EG and EC members, and the community. Hopefully that will ease some of the concerns you mention in regards to the solvability of these issues.

I was curious though, since I haven’t found anyone else who could give an answer on this: what practical problem do you believe will be solved by enforcing an acyclic module graph at run time?
