A few things… A better reading/browsing history mechanism. Google and Chrome have one, but it could be MUCH better.

I always stop at the end of one of my syntopical sessions and write up a brief summary. Even 30 seconds of writing helps… and it puts it into my (personal) permanent note stream.

But I’d love it if the entire stream itself (pages read, titles, queries, etc.) where all easily viewable and searchable from my notes…
