Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hands down best book I have read this year. This makes my “you must read this” list. The power of habits in unlocking the discipline to attain greatness is something that I have spent a lot of time seeking. James lays this stuff out so well. Not just the neuroscience aspects, but all the research combined in one place. With practical considerations for what it means with examples of how it plays out. Add to this the wealth of free content he is putting online and resources to implement good habits and you have something pretty amazing. If you aren’t reading James Clear’s content you are missing out.
