Morning and Other Items

I quickly see things in black-and-white. I need to ease off on this nothing-or-everything approach, understand and accept some things are gray, vague and not easy.

I get angry easily. Maybe I feel I am being attacked? Or maybe it’s just a primitive, obsolete biological reaction. I need to stop taking things so personally. It’s not always about me.

I need to be more direct. I need attack the heart of the issue, not walk around it. Identify the problem, state it aloud, make a plan, dive right in, and step back, if necessary. Evaluate, but not too much.

Morning routine. Ugh. Yes, fine. Bring it.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
