DNN will accept ether (ETH), bitcoin (BTC), and any other cryptocurrency contributions that meet the minimum requirement of 5 ETH. Anyone interested in participating in the private pre-sale will be required to sign a pre-sale agreement.
To participate in the private pre-sale, interested contributors are required to contact the DNN team. Contributors will be provided with an address, where they may send their ETH or BTC. Participants are required to use a non-exchange ERC-20 compliant wallets, such as MyEtherWallet, Mist, or Exodus, in order to receive tokens. Once the transaction has been confirmed by the DNN team, contributors will be sent tokens proportional to the ETH value of their contribution directly to their wallet.
For contributions not made in ETH, an average conversion rate between the contributed currency and ETH will be obtained using GDAX, Bitfinex, and Bittrex. This conversion will take place prior to tokens being allocated. Contributors who are interested in purchasing more than €15,000 worth of DNN tokens will be required to go through a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process.
