I personally prefer an 8px baseline grid because of it plays nicely with various typographic standards and has more divisors (1, 2, 4, 8px)

Love this line! I have been using the 8px grid for more than 10 years, it gives my designs a more natural and less rigid (and standard) feel.
And I like clean kitchens and working with Sketch is absolutely fabulous ;-)
