Personally, I never know whether I am going to start my sales funnel online or in-store, so I like to know my UX is not going to change no matter where I decide to finally make the purchase. More retailers should evaluate their omnichannel approach — even if they are an ecomm vendor that happens to have shelf-space in a big box or boutique retailer.
