Winter is steadily getting closer, and with it comes warmer clothes. Bundling up doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to sacrifice fashion, however — you can still dress warmly while expressing yourself in the latest fashion. Some winter fashion trends will make themselves known more than others, so keep an eye out for these when shopping for your winter wardrobe.

Quilted

Quilted styles are going to shine during these upcoming winter months. This doesn’t just refer to how something is made (though quilt blankets or sweaters will always be a winter staple); quilted patterns will shine bright as well. Quilted scarves and hats, for example, will keep you warm while you venture out into the cold, while quilted faux leather shorts will keep you looking fashionable rather than warm. Add a quilted front snap jacket to your collection as well, and the texture will keep you fashionable and cozy.

Bright Colors

Bright colors have always been a staple of the warmer months, but this year, they’re going to shine during the cooler ones as well. Search for a rib polo top from Victor Glemaud to add to your wardrobe — the lettuce edges contrast nicely with the orange top. Fe Noel, meanwhile, has flamingo pink silk slip pants that you can dress up with the matching dress. You can also dress it down with a plain white T-shirt.

Mini Skirts

Though the weather might be cold, mini skirts are still going to trend during the winter. They can easily be paired with tights if you get cold easily, letting you be fashionable and warm at once. Wrap skirts will look great with a puffer and boots, while Dynamite’s Shira satin A-line mini skirt can be worn on various occasions.

There are plenty of other fashion trends coming for winter 2021. Stay tuned for more!
