Varnol writes in the style typical of the highest levels of Cognitive Developmental minds-Preference, knowing that reality is Multiplistic and Relative. Quite a rare mind, a “Rocket Surgeon”, no doubt, when most of our Doctoratal graduates think in a relativistic style [Reality is a thousand shades of gray; only a fool would pick one] That being said, this einstellung produces mental inertia, for the fear of picking the wrong ONE. Can you see that this view is confined by its answer: a hammer?
He is absolutely incisive when chosing the flaw in our U.S. educational system as an example. Even the “classroom" structure is part of the problem: graduates never work in a place like that again. Futhermore, he is spot-on about the curriculum. Students are manipulated [curriculum]to believe that there is one Truth with a capital “T", crumbs fed to them by the teacher, the Authority, with a capital “A", all conditonal reinforced because Sucess, with a capital S, is putting the Ts in slots on the Test, created by A, an action labled Brillant with an FB [placed in Facebook]. LOL, I cry sadly.
Doc Varol, I wish I had a buddy like you and a pub to spend hours in creating a replacement for nails.
