Your attempt to fold these arguments into what your service offers do not fly. What these people are trying to tell you, and you are trying to morph into your pitch, is that what you are offering is antiquated and insufficient.

When you say, “Basically: Everyone is already trying to give everyone what they want. Infographics. Summarised articles and arguments. Cliff notes. Someone needs to implement a system which gives everyone what they need in a way which doesn’t force them to act on it, or punish them for not using it.” The answer is here. You cannot force people to become critical thinkers.

Today’s world is in constant motion. People only have time for infographics and summaries. If and when they find what they need only then will they do a deep dive. You should reconsider your position and reexamine the video I sent you. Some of us have thought about and looked at this problem longer than you have probably.
