The problem is that too many leaders think you can imbue culture via perks or attitude, or shed light into its particular success by repeating some mantra about its unique mission or way of doing things.

Great people don’t need a unique mission or way of doing things. They just need to work with other great people, as you said. There’s no magic there, just simple wisdom.
