If this actually happened it must have been systematically driven with a plan and set goals. In that case we in this generation should be able to draw on that strategy and rework to meet our own goals toward building a sustainable Africa.

We should have bigger schools where our youth enrol not for formal education but for practical knowledge that gets them gainfully employed for a long period of time, at least long enough to draw up a plan for their lives.
