If by “decency”, you mean a desire to purge people who disagree with you politically, sure.

I have been instructed rather unpolitely to “leave the country” numerous times during this election cycle — but this is not that. No one is telling Peter Thiel to leave the country (although given the fact that he is an immigrant, it strikes many as morally odd that he would materially support the ideology of a candidate who is so sweepingly anti-immigrant). But if he has the right to act according to his views (as he should), then so should others in his industry. Opting not to sign a contract with someone is not at all morally equivalent to ostracizing them from “decent society” — that is a bit of a stretch.
