Perfectly makes sense. Wish companies take these things really seriously. Encouraging such traits would help society as well.
But can it happen in practice?
Is there a list of companies which can openly say values are weighed as equally as performance and live upto it?
What if they had to remidiate/seperate the CEO or some higher rank official on the same grounds? Can they always afford to do it?
Is there a way for the employee to really get a sense of values in the workplace before joining?
