Soft Launch Success and Lessons Learned
First and foremost, thank you to those who participated in our Soft Launch. Your feedback and insights have been instrumental in shaping the future of our Solar Card. While the soft launch was met with enthusiasm and positivity, we also encountered some challenges.
Issues with Card Design and Provider
During the soft launch phase, we identified specific issues related to the card design and the performance of our initial card provider. We understand the importance of aesthetics, functionality, and reliability in a financial product. Therefore, all your feedback was considered and we worked hard to address these concerns. Unfortunately, the card provider could not solve the issues to a satisfactory standard nor did they match our vision and requirements.
Developments
We are excited to announce that we have a new card provider to collaborate with us on developing the Solar Card. After thorough research and careful consideration, we are confident this partnership will help us deliver a superior product that meets and exceeds your expectations.
What’s Next?
With our new card provider on board, we are moving towards the official launch of the Solar Card. Our team is working tirelessly to finalise the card design, iron out any remaining technical details, and ensure a seamless user experience from start to finish.
The initial Solar Card is in the pipeline with features such as wallet creation and exchange integration. However, that is just the beginning! As we move forward, we are committed to enhancing our platform with even more features such as IBAN accounts, virtual cards, physical cards, and premium metal cards. Whether you are looking for traditional banking services or innovative financial solutions, Solar Card has you covered.
