The Henn-na Hotel is a hotel in Japan ran almost completely by robots AI staff includes reception/ concierge services, food(vending machine) dail phone for a agent with the only human staff being housekeeping:

  1. Robotic Receptionists: Guests are greeted by humanoid or dinosaur-shaped robots at the reception desk, which can check guests in/out, answer questions, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  2. Room Service Robots: Some versions of the Henn-na Hotel feature robotic room service assistants that can deliver amenities or snacks to guests’ rooms upon request.
  3. Cleaning Robots: Autonomous robotic vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers are employed for cleaning tasks throughout the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency. There are also some human housekeepers there select hours.
  4. Luggage Handling Robots: Automated luggage storage and retrieval systems are available to assist guests with storing and retrieving their luggage.
  5. Facial Recognition Technology: Facial recognition technology may be utilized for guest identification and access control in certain areas of the hotel.
