I’m not entirely sure how Clinton’s campaign money will go to him if she drops out, as all he’s done is endorse her, not affiliate himself with her. Still, though, this would explain why he would’ve endorsed her before the convention he said he was waiting for. If this is a tactic he uses, it’ll be very interesting to watch.
