You are what you absorb — ENERGY

This post got inspired by my little brother, so I wanna thank him for that.

Yesterday I wrote about how you are what you eat or more accurately you become what you resorb. Well, today I remembered the obvious. This principle not only applies to food.

This applies to every kind of energy. You could say energy is a currency, but I prefer to give it more meaning. I think energy is a main life principle. Everything is energy. Everythink material is energy that vibrates on a certain frequency and manifests itself that way. Every sound is also just energy. Every vibration of energy in your body can be felt by other human beings, in most cases subconsciously. And it works just like with food. You become what you absorb. Everything around you has an impact on you. Human bodies are open systems. External things communicate with the inner. Your skin is the transmitter. You can surround yourself with certain energies to help you with your goals. You can impact yourself consciously. You can consciously choose what music you listen to.You can choose to go out into the sun and absorb its’ healing energy or you can choose to stay inside. You can choose to listen to aggressive rap or you can choose to listen to gentle piano music. You always have a choice. You, of course, are also pure energy. But if you realize the oneness of the whole universe you realize that you are no seperate entity. You are always impact and get impacted by everything around you and even by things that happen on the other side of the world.

If you watch the news every day you absorb that extra negative energy and it becomes you. If you listen to rap you becomes aggressive. If you don’t interact with other human beings but just stay inside all day you absorb only dead low energy from non-organic things. If you stare at a screen while scrolling through social media 3 hours every day, you eyes won’t be healthy. Your eyes are not designed to look on one point. You are meant to you use your whole vision and observe the things that happen around you. Staring at one point and barely blinking-even just from a philosophical standpoint- cannot have a positive outcome. This will result in you depending on medication and contacts. Congratulations.

Actually, spreading calm, loving and positive energy is definitely one of my main missions in my life I feel like. This is the best thing you can do. You have control over your energy as soon as you understand this principle. You can choose to uplift humanity.

Just be aware. You don’t need to artificially alter your energy. Just be aware of the energy you are spreading each moment. And just be aware and accept it. Be aware of energy around you impacting you big-time and use this knowledge to your advantage. If the sun shines, absorb its’ energy. If you listen to music, don’t listen to mainstream or you will become zombie-like like 98% of all human beings. Consume cleansing energy and vibes. Be around people who uplift you and inspire you. If you randomly feel like standing in the rain or taking a walk in the rain, just do it. It could be just what you need. It could heal. Trust your subconscious. You know what energy you need. But often, your head will tell you otherwise. Your logic will tell you otherwise.

This is also important to know. Not everybody can just access his subconscious. Stress is the way of the system to keep your head seperated from your subconscious.

You get put under an unnatural amount of stress, which often leads to people breathing fast and shallow. The core is the pressure point, and intersection point of energy. If you don’t breathe deep, there is no pressure in your core, which stops your subconscious from activating in your core. So you can access your subconscious by starting to breathe the right way again. Breathe deeply. The first 2/3 of your breath should expand your belly and make a gentle pressure felt there and only the last 1/3 of your breath should expand your chest. And take time to breathe. A turtle breathes 1–2 times a minute. How long does a turtle live again? ;)

I will write more posts about breathing. Breathing is also one of the 6 foundation principles of Paul Chek’s health philosophy, which I consider to be the most authentic and legit one. So breathing is a really important topic to talk about, especially when considering that almost all people don’t breathe correctly anymore.

You can learn from children here as well. If babys are born, they breathe exactly right. The breathe into the belly and the breathe deep. They operate out of subconscious, they are completely free from social conditioning. Unfortunately this gets lost as we grow up because of society. I’m not blaming society. I’m just stating facts. I accept it.
