Born in London, UK, went to high school in Birmingham,

ended up coming back to London for university and have stayed here ever since!

What was the first song you ever wrote?

Trail Of My Mistakes, quite a sad song about lost love, chorus went like this _> “Coming through the trail of my mistakes I saw you standing there your face was cold and inside you were dead”.

What artist influenced you at a young age to pursue your dreams?

There were many but if I had to name one, it would probably be Stevie Wonder.

What was the first instrument you played?

First instrument was the piano from age 3.

What was the feeling you had when you did your first live show?

I have only done live studio sessions so far which you can check out on my Twitter and Instagram, but… before Pope I was part of a duo, and we toured around the world. The feeling is exhilarating – total unity with the music and the fans, its a great feeling, nothing compares.

What female artist would you like to collaborate with?

Alicia Keys

What male artist would you like to collaborate with?

Pharrell Williams

Do you have any funny moments that you always remember that happened at a show or on stage?

Not sure if this is funny or just crazy on my part, when I was in the duo, I used to always request Red Bull on our rider. One time we were in Latvia and they supplied us with 1 litre cans of Red Bull. I ended up drinking around 3 cans during our 2 hour set and couldn’t sleep for over 2 days!

Any shout outs?

Big shout out and HUGE thanks to all the fans for supporting the music, it’s really appreciated!

Can you tell us of any upcoming projects that you are taking a part of?

I’m on record 3 (Dance The Night Away), of my 4 part #jointhefaith ep series. All the records in the series are written, sung, produced and mixed by me. Dance The Night Away is doing really well with over 2.8 million Soundcloud plays, nearly 200k YouTube views, hit the top 100 of the US Indie Airplay Chart and also received it’s first BBC radio play last weekend!
