We have to be stronger now a days as the world will be changing in a big way.

I look at my body as my vehicle for happiness. I would like to do more things that make my body happy. Starting from the bottom to the top.

Your feet are a big deal when it comes to your comfort and avoiding more pain in your knees and back. A lot of Asian practices believe that ur feet r ur map to your problems in your body. They say there are pressure points to be touched and massaged that will bring relief to certain body parts. This is a good write up that briefly describes what the feet should mean to us.

I had my first pedicure a few years ago and I thought I would be embarrassed with my construction feet. I was at first and then the hot Viatnemese lady’s at a local salon called D’s nails took over on my feet. I melted in that massage chair. It was surreal I felt like one of the lady’s involved in their gossips lol. I thought I would never be able to look at my feet again. They were so neglected for years. Same with my whole body. But I do remember when they started putting the lotion on my feet and started massaging I felt vulnerable and then I felt this calming sensation from the scent of the lotion and then I closed my eyes and passed out. When I woke up they were giggling and I was on cloud nine. U don’t realize how it feels to have that type of treatment until u pass out from it. So going forward GUYS. Don’t be afraid to get a little treatment here and there with your feet.

Shoes and boots and slippers and flip flops all have special uses for ur feet. Always make sure you have a good pair of them as they create support and alignment for ur knees and spine and shoulders and pretty much everything in ur body. Ur feet will help u with the strength u need to be happy and comfy.

Next ur ankles. They need to be strong as you walk and twist and bend when going up stairs or running or carrying things.

Ur knees are the vending strong points on your legs that have to stay well lubricated so u can make those unexpected twists or bends. My knees are shot due to years of physical work. And I would imagine down the road surgery might be an option. I still work them out though and do extensive stretches and strengthening. I try to take as much calcium and glucosamine as I can for my joints. When I’m in the shower I do half hot water and the. I do the same time in cold water. It creates a blood flow that searches for the injured parts in ur body for the blood to repair.

Next is your hips. U ever hear about People getting their hips replaced. Well I do not want that until I’m older. Stretches and balancing and twisting is essential for this body part. My friend was shot in a bar and hadn’t realized he got shot. I was like hey man that guy shot u and he was so drunk he got up and was like I didn’t get shot and started walking around and then felt the burn. The bullet had lodged itself between his two hip bones and the doctors had to leave it in there because he was too young for surgery. But later on his walking started to change as the arthritis started to set in from scar tissue starting to form, making his hip stiff. Constant anti inflammatories and pain meds had to be taken. I felt bad for him. Wrong place at the wrong time. He said that stretches were his biggest pain relief. He had a weekly ritual of yoga classes that helped him.

The lower back is a major pain area for a lot of people. This part of the body is a major part for my favourite exercise SEX. Yep if ur lower back is hurting u r not gonna be humping that day lol or even the week. This part of the body also is a major in lifting along with your knees and ankles. A lot of people get discs removed or have curved spines or just plain get fat. The front belly ruins the back lol. Dam u Christmas.

Next the shoulders and neck. This is where ur stress is built up with tightening and stiff hard to move shoulders and neck. A nice massage goes along way. These body parts are for range in motion with using ur arms to swing or lift or push. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not the fittest of people but I have lasted along time in jobs where people I have seen come and go just couldn’t handle it and I mean like grown men breaking down and crying because they were so frustrated that they believed they were strong but just weren’t. So I do know a little about the body’s strong points. My own opinions and not a prescription. There are also big nerves in your back and shoulders that will create a whole mess of problems from your fingers to your chest. The nerve that runs from your three fingers starting from your pinky to ur middle finger runs up your arm under ur elbow (tennis elbow problems also have something to do with this nerve being pinched). Then it ventures up ur arm to ur shoulder and branches off to the front of your chest and also branches off to the back of ur neck and up ur head and down to the front of your face. I had damaged this nerve and thought I was having a stroke. My left side of my face went numb and limp. And it felt like my heart and arm was tightening up. I went to the hospital right away and they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. I went to a heart specialist and my heart was perfect and healthy. Then they sent me to a nerve specialist and he said it would take time for my nerves to heal. I started researching in foods that are great for anti inflammatories like cherries and staying away from red meat and using great spices like turmeric and curry. u always think ur invincible till something happens lol. And it’s alright to be scared and nervous it’s just ur body telling you to slow down and listen to your body. Research for better health.

So as the title says. We need to be more stronger for this world than what it was like ten years ago is the reality.

Our minds need to be rid of stress. They are building so many mental hospitals now because this is what recessions does to human beings who depend on money and jobs and materialistic BS. You need to not worry if u have to give ur car up or u are gonna lose ur job. If it is gonna happen and it is not in ur control. Just let it go for the time being until u get back on your feet and it will help in ur mind. Find things that make u laugh and enjoy. Be crazy and get down to ur favourite music daily. Accept the challenges the world will give us in the future and rise up from it because u have the strength and u have the will because u work out or u are a motivational speaker.
