The specific causes of computer vision syndrome (CVS) are improper reading glasses, reading small text, the blue light emitted from electronic devices and the brightness of the screen. Neither high nor low brightness of the screen is good for your eyes. Over brighten screen increase pressure on your eyes which causes eye stains and further leads to headache. So, the brightness of the screen should be adjusted according to the brightness of the surrounding light. The brightness of the screen should be equal to the surrounding light. Neither low nor high than that. In most cases, any eye issues that you are experiencing happens due to two problems. Either your eyes get dried out, or they have become too fatigued to see properly. So, next time when you will go to use an electronic device, at first try to adjust its brightness accordingly. And also do not forget to use blue light glasses or computer glasses for further protection of your eyes.
