2. Layer 2: The Sovereign Exchange and Reserve Network (SRXN AI) Known as Siren AI, which supports sovereign financial operations the “AI Financial Network”.
3. Layer 3: ACM (Atlantus Coin Market) itself, previously known as Atlantus Digital Asset (ADA) the “Decentralized Finance Protocol”.
4. Layer 4: Tokenized protocols such as RWA (Real World Assets), including ARRT (Royalties and Residuals Token), ATL (Atlantus Tokenized Land) and MEQQA (Merchandising Exchange) the “RWA Tokenization Protocol”.
5. Layer 5: The Metaverse, referred to as CoA (City of Atlantus) the “Metaverse Protocol”.

The CHLZ ETFs

1. Micro ETFs: Time-locked for two years, available in increments of $100, $500, and $1,000. These cannot be sold in fractions.
2. Macro ETFs: Also time-locked for two years but available in increments of $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000. These can be sold as a whole or in fractions.
3. Index ETFs: Four-year cycle-held NFTs supporting lower TVL market cap projects in development phases.

• Diversified Risk: CHLZ ETFs provide diversified risk, increasing portfolio depth and protecting investor principal.
• Deflationary Mechanism: Time-locking tokens helps create a deflationary effect, potentially increasing their value over time.

Early Withdrawal Penalties

To encourage long-term holding, ACM has early withdrawal penalties. These vary depending on the ETF type and the time remaining in the investment cycle.

• Micro and Macro ETFs: Penalties range from 20% in the first six months to 5% in the final six months.
• Index ETFs: Penalties range from 20% in the first year to 5% in the fourth year.
