I do agree with the idea of spending time in the outdoors, wilderness is the best, but time is always an issue for me. When I take the time to walk in the woods, (I live right by a trail that follows a creek into the mountains.) I often have feelings of guilt, that I can’t afford this luxury, stupid I know, but it nags at me when I do things that I really enjoy but are not necessarily productive.
